Pipelines
Fraser Burrard has completed miles of marine pipeline and cable lay projects. Our pipeline work includes but is not limited to: Fusing HDPE, Steel Pipe, PVC, Concrete Pipe, Fibreglass Pipe, Assembly, Trenching, Direction Drilling, Sinking, Weighting, Welding, Repairing, Inspection, Removal.
Preventative maintenance is the most important application of inspection. Early recognition of potential problems could save vital shutdown time and protect the safety of your personnel. We do internal pipe inspections of pipelines with minimum ID of 762mm. Digital Video accompanies pipeline inspections.

inspection
Our background in structural inspection, construction and repairs includes work done on hundreds of bridges and docks. We are well equipped to work in strong current and poor viability to provide extensive inspections including documentation, photos and video on bridge piers and structures, vessels, pipelines, cables, Intakes and Outfalls and anything else underwater. Specialized equipment including Sidescan Sonar, Magnetometers, video, photography, and multiple vessels, which allows us to locate and inspect all types of underwater items.

Surveys
Ship and other vessel surveys, hydrographic surveys of river beds to measure scour and monitor erosion near bridge piers, using DGPS and sub-metre accuracy and digital data logging. Bathymetric Surveys are routinely performed as part of inspection procedures.
